Kates Playground And The Rabbit

Priest in Arena: Battleground

Today, a poor Pvp'er not be limited to the simple role that your class requires it, but must, in soppratutto Arena, serve other secondary functions: They're not enough to heal or DPS, but it must also suck Mana, mindcontrollare or dissolve the Wizards. In
help the brothers priests propose uquesta small guide using the Target and Focus in a slightly 'more refined than usual, allow disitunguersi from the crowd and out of the role of cannon fodder from PvP.

Target and Focus
The Target is the main target of our spell to set someone like Target just click on it: do not realize it but we are dealing with hundreds of Target every time we play.

The focus instead is a secondary target "inactive" means a player or a mob that set as selected / focus will be put "on hold" Back Call in and may be substituted for a second time at Target.

exploited then the Target and Focus can cast different spells depending on the type of target: to treat our Warrior (Target) and at the same time on Shaman opponent to do Mana Burn (Focus). Not bad, right?

Let's see how to assemble everything.

First of all scaricatevi un'Addon interface that allows you to see the Focus: Perl Classic Unit Frames
is my favorite but there are many others.

First Macro: switch target and focus
Copy and paste the following code in your macro, I suggest you choose an icon that invokes the concept of "focus" .

/ focus [harm] [target = targettarget, harm] targettarget
/ clearfocus [target = focus, dead] [button: 2]

This first macro is used to set Focus on the basis of our Target,
clicking on our target and then we get that on the Macro:
- if the target is a player ally and has as its target an enemy, then the macro sets his target Focus
as - if the target is an enemy player then sets it to the macro Focus

The second line in the macro deletes the Focus if the target is dead or tastro clicking the right mouse button. (Very handy!)

Second Macro: Spell the
Copy and paste the following code in your macro, I suggest you choose the icon that you are going to replace the Spell:

/ cast [target = focus] Mana Burn

For all that we want to use Spell Focus on the need to create a macro: in the example above by clicking on our Focus on Macro shot with Mana Burn without losing the target to which we are devoting liters of Mana for treatment.

In this way, however we will have twice as many buttons: Mana Burn for Target (where we just have to fight, no?) And Mana Burn for Focus, a mess! To be avoided by tweaking our macro:

/ cast [mod: alt, target = focus] Mana Burn, Mana Burn

In this way the macro works in two ways: by clicking on it and holding down "alt" is on the Spell Focus, by clicking on it goes on like any other Target Spell, convenient is not it?

Using
Now we just have to find an ally and get to work: it will be the target of our care and between Flash Heal and the other we can contribute to its DPS or put under pressure the enemy with the nasty Mana Burn.

Have fun!

Endnotes
Other classes can benefit from adapting the guide for the macro needs is fierce: p.es the Hunter for DPS (Target) and Mana Drain (Focus ) or Mage for DPS (target) and Sheep (Focus).
