GNOCCHI WITH GORGONZOLA AND WALNUTS
INGREDIENTS
100 g gorgonzola
100 ml of cream
50 g butter
40 grams of walnuts
Place the blue cheese in a saucepan with butter and cream sauce, melt the sauce on low heat stirring with a wooden spoon. Chop the walnuts coarsely.
Once prepared gnocchi pour over the dressing and sprinkle with walnuts.
