INGREDIENTS
500 grams of white flour
0 1 / 2 cube fresh yeast
300 ml lukewarm water 1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar 5 tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil


Put the yeast in warm water with a teaspoon of sugar and let up when the surface does not form a light foam.
Pour into a bowl flour, salt, oil and stir, then add the yeast mixture and begin to knead until the dough is homogeneous, elastic and smooth. Form a ball, place in bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place for 2 hours.
