TIRAMISU '


INGREDIENTS


sponge

120 g sugar 5 eggs 500 grams mascarpone

250 ml coffee cream



Prepare Sponge.

Whip the cream and add to mixture.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and incorporate the cream.
