SHELLS RICOTTA AND SPINACH
INGREDIENTS
300 GR SHELL PASTA
250 g cheese
50 g butter
200 GR
SPINACH CHEESE GRATED
SALE
Put in a saucepan and mix ricotta, the spinach and a pinch of salt, then add the butter and grated cheese. Meanwhile, boil salted water and cook pasta. Drain well and add the sauce. Stir and serve.
